Max Austin-Williams

Max Austin-Williams has been a resident of Chicago for more than ten years. He has lived and owned property in the vibrant neighborhoods of Old Town, Lakeview, and most recently the Gold Coast - where he lives with his husband Rob, and their dog Charlie.

Max's passion for real estate began at a young age, moving several times before the age of twelve. This inspired him to appreciate and understand the importance of loving where you live. More recently, he and his husband lived in beautiful Sydney, Australia for two years, before returning to Chicago in 2019. Today, Max brings a passion and excitement toward helping others as they navigate the real estate market.

Max has spent the majority of his career as an executive leader in commercial business district growth and management. His extensive work with both the public and private sector make him a unique subject matter expert in issues related to zoning, economic development, and strategic real estate marketing.

A typical weekend for Max and Rob (and Charlie) includes strolls through beautiful Washington Square Park, visits to the lakefront, last minute reservations at their local sushi spot, and plenty of time spent cooking and laughing together in the kitchen.
