For my sellers, I work on a plan to maximize profits within the budget ( time and money) available. Realtors are no longer the gate keeper. On most listings I work with a seller on the condition and presentation of the home, so it is most appealing to the modern buyer. This often includes coordinating repairs, cosmetic improvements, de- cluttering , designer advise and staging. The road to a successful sale is often paved week or months before listing.
For my Buyers, I am patient in educating my buyers on the sub-market. My goal is to show you enough homes so that when the right home presents itself, a decision can be made before it is sold to someone else. Often the best homes with a great floor plan, quality lot in a central neighborhood location sell with multiple offer. I am adept at crafting wining offers in multiple offer situations without overpaying. Loyal repeat customers come from selling the best homes and not whatever home we happen to be seeing.
Staying up to date on schools, zoning, local news, city movements and annexations, construction projects and developments & local politics allows me to answer a plethora of questions and concerns of both Buyers and Sellers.
My hobbies include a life long passion for playing Soccer, Atlanta United games & North Georgia Mountains hiking with my wife and 4 kids....yes 4
