Max Dober, the founder of the Dober Team, was born and raised in Fairfield, CT, and covers all of lower Fairfield County.

Growing up along the shoreline, Max and his wife, Ariel, enjoy the beach, exercising with their rescue dog, Layla, and spending time with family and friends. In the winter months, you can find him skiing up in VT, although not to worry, he will still be available for your calls slope-side.
