Max Herz has a passion for real estate and helping buyers and sellers in the front range communities of Denver and Boulder on the Herz Team! Max specializes in helping first time home buyers and he knows what it takes to write a winning offer in a competitive and difficult market.

Max has been a licensed agent in Colorado since 2017 when he joined the Herz Team. A graduate of The University of Oregon with a B.S. in Sociology, he began his career with devotion to helping teens. He worked as a wilderness field guide at a therapeutic program in Utah. Max’s gift for helping trouble teens, listening to their needs, and how to support them made it an easy transition to working with buyers and being able to listen, ask questions to help them find their perfect home. Max's desire for helping teens right out of college was a great stepping stone to helping first time home buyers, a specialty he has thrived in while working with the Herz Team. Home buying and selling are often the most emotional and stressful decisions someone has to navigate, and Max loves making sure his clients experience a stress-free experience no matter which side of the deal they’re on.

When he’s not working with his clients or supporting the Herz Team, Max can be found playing his guitar, skiing in the winter months, or hiking in the mountains when it’s warm! Max also loves to travel and has explored countries like Senegal, Israel, and Guatemala.
