Max McGuirk

Max McGuirk is the Director of Investor Relations for Moline Investment Management (MIM) and Moline Management, LLC. Max is a long-time real estate investor focusing on value-add and opportunistic multifamily assets. His love for real estate started while in college saving enough money to buy his first rental property while still in school. Slowly he and his close friend built up a portfolio of more than 30 homes in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He started to grow purchasing small multifamily properties in the Tulsa area. That portfolio was successfully sold and those proceeds provided an opportunity to purchase hundreds of more doors of value add multifamily. While purchasing more real estate, Max was connected with Charles Moline. Max realized that Charles found a niche in the market that created safe returns and he invested passively in multiple opportunities with MIM. Max has spent his last few years raising capital for multifamily investments all over the United States while also leading investor relations communicating the progress of investments along with helping streamline investor distributions. Max earned a degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting at Northeastern State University.
