Max Neubauer

I was born and raised in West Virginia, where I attended The College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University in Morgantown. I began my career in the mortgage industry in 2013 in Morgantown, and have since helped hundreds purchase their dream homes and recently named by Mortgage Executive Magazine as Top 1% Mortgage Originators in the County. I moved to Myrtle Beach, SC in the summer of 2016, and found my home here at Neighborhood Loans in 2022. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family – my amazing wife Lydia, my son Rex and twin boys, Creed and Cruz. I love the beach and all this wonderful area has to offer, and I look forward to the opportunity to make this your home too.
