He was absolutely an amazing person, he helped us immensely in renting our new home. I truly appreciated him and his timely response, he walked us through everything, and answered all of my questions. Truly one of a kind, i was a bit skeptical with the reviews at first because he just seemed too good to be true, but he’s just as amazing, if not even better than i would have expected. if it’s your first time looking for a place and if you’re scared/nervous or just don’t know anything about how to apply or how to secure a property, max will be your bestfriend throughout the entire process, telling you everything you’ll need to know and more. he’s always there when you need him, and he really cares more about the people than anything else.

Maximo was absolutely an amazing realtor. It was mine and my husband’s 1st time looking to buy a home and Maximo was so helpful & quick to get us started. The process was smooth and he was constantly by our side when we had questions or concerns. When I had sent him properties and told him what days would work he was quick to book the viewings for the properties. When we finally found the house Maximo told me that he got it and we will get on it fast. He put in an offer that same Saturday and got us in our 25 day track to close escrow that Monday. We were in shock and couldn’t believe how it was possible but he did it. Overall we are extremely thankful that my family friend recommended him. Going back we wouldn’t have changed a thing he made a big impact in our life and still there when we need him, and when we have questions about my new home. My husband and I will for sure choose him the next time around. Thank you so much Maximo forever grateful.

As we were looking to buy our first home, we shopped around for a realtor. I can say without a doubt that Maximo is one of the best around. We spent over a year looking with him and he was always patient, informative, and realistic. He brings a bright and positive perspective to the home buying process but isn’t afraid to tell you how scary it can be when doing it for the first time. The energy output is high and he is very passionate about his work. He truly does want you to be confident in your purchase and “trust the process”.

Maximo is both a home and property owner. So he has experience with house shopping and marketing properties to renters as well. Throughout the many conversations with him, he shared his personal experiences and those of people he has helped purchase their own properties.

It took us a while to finally jump onto a house, but Maximo was with us all the way! When we are ready to buy another, you can be sure that we’ll be working with Maximo again!

Max is the real deal! He is fearless, patient, and good-spirited. If you have a real estate goal, I have no doubt that he is the person who will make it happen for you. He likes a challenge and even with rising interest rates, low inventory, and an imperfect buyer or seller, he is able to find the best deal. There is so many good things I can say about Max, but I will keep it short and sweet. As cliche as this may sound, Max is honestly the best Realtor that I’ve came face to face with.

Buying a home is probably the most important step a person can take in their lifetime. When my wife and I decided to take this very important step, we initially reached out to another company. Soon after, our hopes to purchase a home were ruined. We spoke to a couple different loan officers and they were both incapable of helping us. Then we met Max at Tidal Realty. From the beginning of the process he treated us like family and guided us through all the steps with tremendous patience and understanding. Max is an excellent communicator and was ready to answer any and all of the questions we had. If he didn’t have an answer for us at the time, he made sure he would find out and answered our questions shortly afterwards. Max is the perfect example of a great realtor. Max will answer the phone anytime you call! He is highly responsive too. He will answer your questions and if he doesn’t know an answer, he will do the research to get it. Max is a person you can depend on getting you to “close” by having positive energy interacting closely with all involved individuals. Max is supportive towards veterans too. As a veteran himself he knows what you expect.
