It was my first time selling a house and they took care of everything!! Moving is stressful enough as it is, so not having to worry about something as huge as selling a house was a huge load off my back. They were professional, attentive, responsive, and really gave me peace of mind.

I was worried my house would sit on the market forever, but I had an offer the first day it was listed! The listings they made were also very thoughtful with perfect attention to detail. I couldn't have written a better description about my own home myself! We had multiple showings within the first 3 days, and closed in a month! Now I'm walking out the bank with a fat stack of cash 😌

I would recommend MCO Realty to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house. Work with Idarousse and you won't have to worry about a thing!

I obtained the services of Idarousse Charif to purchase a condo in Kissimmee Florida. As I live in Canada I thought it would be difficult dealing with an Agent via email, especially dealing with a short sale. Idarousse was always quick to respond to my requests, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond his duties due to the fact that I am in another country and to satisfy my requests. My wife and I selected and chose to work with Idarousse Charif after we decided to relocate to the Orlando, FL area. We carefully reviewed comments from his former clients as part of our decision to use him as our realtor. Our expectations were timely communication and detailed feedback on properties as our search was a long distance purchase. Idarousse was very responsive and provided excellent feedback within a reasonable timeframe. We we most impressed with Idarousse's willingness to schedule two entire days around our schedule when we conducted our house hunt in Orlando when we visited in January. Whatever time we called him, he would provide as much information as possible to help navigate us through the purchasing process.
