I moved five months ago from NH to SC retiring during my 48th teaching and relocating near family. While continuing to teach, I had to prepare for the move with limitless paperwork and documentation involved in the purchase of a new home and the application for a mortgage.
For three years Diana McRoberts showed me housing in this Myrtle Beach area each summer as I vacationed with family. She was always friendly and helpful bringing me to various locations (apartments, condos, houses) so I would see the different choices available.
When the decision was made about the exact house, there was much work to do online with builder, realtor, banks, mortgage company, etc.
Diana was always available to talk on the phone giving me advice as I went through the procedure of owning a home. I had been apartment dwelling for over 35 years and now so excited to own a house! I could rely on her calming voice to assure me and provide the necessary information to continue the long process and bring it to completion. Her husband, Joe, assisted in much of the process as well.
I would very highly recommend Joe and Diana Mc Roberts to anyone coming to this area and looking for realtors that really care about you and your individual relocating situation.
