My wife and I have just moved from New England to the Eugene area. We selected Meaghan McRae from Triple Oaks Realty as our Realtor and we are so happy and thankful we did! Meaghan worked with us before we left New England to better understand what we would be looking for in a home straight through to our home purchase in Eugene/Santa Clara area. We were most impressed with her attention to detail, motivation to find us the right home, her laser focus on keeping everything that should be happening in our process by any parties involved, on time and accurate. We were most impressed constantly by her knowledge of the market here and the time she invested in us looking at so many different houses in mutually targeted areas of Eugene. We feel the most vital assistance provided was the care she placed in helping us with the details and wording of our offer letter for the one property we liked most. (She told us before it even hit the market that this would likely be the one for us and she was right) All together from the viewing of our first perspective new home to the signing on the one of our choice was three weeks!!! There is no way that could have happened without Meaghan McRae and the Triple Oaks team. AMAZING!

Meaghan McRea did an outstanding job assisting me with the recent purchase of my home. She was very informative, organized, and very hard working. Meaghan answered every question I had and went over every detail throughout the process. Anytime I had a question I could call or text and she would get back to me in a very timely manner.

Maeghan treated me like I was the most important person and was always looking out for my best interest. I never felt like she was just trying to get me into a house, infact I felt as though she truly wanted to find a house that I would continue to love for years to come.

When I did find my house there were 18 other offers and I wasn't even the highest offer. Meaghan called me a week after I moved into my new house to make sure everything was going ok and to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. Who does that? If I ever need to sell or buy another house I will definitely call Meaghan McRae.

Meaghan made the process of selling our home so much easier than I expected it to be. Her caring and determination never wavered. We were in the process of placing the 92 year old owner of the house in an advanced care nursing facility which left me (his friend of 30 years) with the responsibility of preparing his home for sale. Meaghan stepped in and took care of everything. I can't imagine accomplishing all that we had to do without her. If you are looking for someone to stick a sign in the front anybody will do. If, on the other hand, you're looking for someone who will become your partner in all aspects of selling your home then Meaghan is your choice. She made the sale and I hope I made a friend.

Meaghan is the very best! We met her at an open house. We didn’t buy that house but we were so impressed with her knowledge of the area, suggestions for home renovations, and real estate in general that we called her the next week to ask her to be out buyer’s agent. Meaghan was immediately on top of things and ultimately found us two wonderful houses. No hurdle was too much for Meaghan and it was obvious she had our best interests at heart. We ultimately chose the less expensive house based on her advice. How honest is that! Meaghan guided us through closing and was always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend her. In fact, we asked her to keep her eyes open for a place for my brother! Go with Meaghan and you won’t go wrong. 😊
