I have detailed knowledge of Conventional and Government mortgage loans including managing FHA and VA loans at a Manager's 3rd level during my career. I have a solid history of working with major investors such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac along with various Lenders and Banks. I have represented Buyers, Sellers, and Investors while building strong business relationships.

I possess knowledge of various mortgage documents including Notes, Deeds, Mortgage, and HUD-1 just to name a few. My vast knowledge and experiences with the Mortgage and Financial Industry give me a lead in the knowledge of the entire Real Estate process, not limited to just the sales aspect. I understand the stringent State and Federal Laws related to the Banking and Mortgage business, in addition to maintaining compliance with Investor and Insurer guidelines.
