Michele was amazing. From the minute I signed with her she didn’t stop working until she found a buyer for my home. She always responded promptly to my calls, emails or texts. She kept me updated on showings and gave me invaluable suggestions to improve my home for showings. I have worked with many realtors in the past and Michele was far and above all of them. What would we do without Mechelle? My husband and I asked that question dozens of times.

She knew the area. Ok, lots of realtors do. She connected us with trusted advisors, contractors, resources. Sure, many realtors do that.

The Mechelle difference? She face-timed us from 2,000 miles away giving us the inside info before we flew out. She consoled us when our dream house went under contract to someone else. She rejoiced with us when it fell through and helped us get our offer in within minutes. She counseled us on the multitude of potential landmines. She celebrated with us on the ultimate sale of our next home.

So, she got paid, we are happy, and that's that right? Nope, even after closing we got a text message "Hey, it is going to be 28 degrees here tonight, would you like me to check on your house and make sure the heat is on?" Who does that? Who continues to work after they've been paid? By the way, the heat was not on - Mechelle saved us a fortune in potentially frozen pipes and flooding.

If you want someone who truly cares about your hopes, dreams, wants, needs and future, well there is no one I'd recommend more strongly than Mechelle.

We met with Mechelle on the recommendation of a friend. We had been planning to sell our house that we had lived in for 25 years and move to the west coast to be near family. We were not in any immediate rush. She arrived at our house on time and was well prepared with complete comparables as well as having researched that our home was unique in many respects. With limited inventory of similar houses, we discussed asking prices and were surprised at what might be possible. She asked how quickly we could move out. At first, we were overwhelmed to be thinking about moving so quickly for a long distance re-location. Our meeting motivated us to act.

In addition to being very personable to work with, Mechelle was flexible and creative with solutions. She had a variety of resources to help with preparing the house (e.g., handymen who helped with anything gardening to hauling heavy furniture to donating boxes). Within 2 months, the house was photo ready. She provided the staging advice, so no additional costs were incurred. We loved the pictures that were taken, trying to work in between Delaware’s unpredictable weather. She helped us find someone to move one of our cars to the west coast and plan for moving the rest of our household items when long distance moving companies were difficult to find.

In the fall of 2021, the house was listed and an open house held. There were multiple interested buyers same day and within 48 hours we had the buyer who met our asking price with no inspection required. The rest of the process went smoothly. Mechelle came to the house at times when the prospective owners needed to take measurements or we couldn’t be there. In short, she offered 5 star service and though it is always hard parting with a house, she also found buyers who could love it too.

We were looking at condos in Ocean City on line and our daughter recommended Mechelle as a real estate agent for when we decided to go down and see some in person. Mechelle was fantastic! We met with her and she listened to what my husband was looking for. She took us around to look at 6 or 7 places. None of them was just what we were looking for and I loved that there was no pressure from her to buy. The next day (Thanksgiving) we saw a listing we were interested in and Mechelle graciously agreed to show us the condo on Friday. We really liked the condo. I appreciated that she was patient with us as we tried to understand the buying process. Mechelle worked with us and guided us through preparing the contract, also helping us secure a loan and get insurance. I couldn't have asked for more as my husband has achieved his dream of owning a condo at the ocean! I highly recommend Mechelle!

She possesses the expertise and experience to navigate complex real estate negotiations, and will prove invaluable whether you are a potential buyer or seller.
