If you are looking for a realtor that is dedicated to their client and will go the extra mile without you having to ask, look no further! Mechelle Richards has made this home buying process as easy as could be, she was very informative and was our advocate 100% of the time. After having two prior realtors that didn’t quite work I was hesitant about continuing the home search. I am so glad we found Ms.Richards and I would highly recommend her!

Ms. Mechelle did an amazing job helping us with our first home purchase. After a bad experience with two other realtors she was recommended to us. She was professional and at the same time treated us like we were best friends. When we told her which house we wanted she went to work and unlike the others she secured it for us. The whole process was smooth and she made sure everything we wanted fixed was done she went out of here way for some of the things which she did not have to do but she wanted our first home to be perfect for us. I can't explain how much we appreciate what she did for us. If your looking for a person that wants to make you happy, wont just sweet talk you into buying every home you look at, and will go above and beyond to make you happy she is the one. We love our new home and im so glad we chose Mechelle.

We used Mechelle to help us buy and sell our homes. She spent hours answering our questions and providing great detail on the process. She was the only agent that seemed to care about us and talk about herself. Our biggest concern was being stick with two homes at the same time. Once she put us at ease we knew she would be great. The process was incredibly easy. Our home sold right away. Mechelle is definitely an expert at what she does. I have recommended her to everyone I know. It will be hard to find a better Realtor than Mechelle.

Mechelle Richards helped me through the process of buying my first home. I must say I had an amazing experience. Mechelle was professional, prepared and very knowledgeable. Mechelle was very patient, responsive and went beyond the call of duty in helping me close on the house of my dreams. I was unable to take off from work to close, so she and her team came to me. I was truly impressed and blessed to have her. I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to say she is the best real estate agent in Hampton Roads.

Mechelle met and exceeded every expectation my wife and I had throughout the entire home buying process. From the very first meeting to the closing date Mechelle was punctual, professional, and worked with us every step of the way to ensure we were informed on every step in the process. As we were first time home-buyers she properly educated us on the do's and don't's and was up front and honest about expectations. Mechelle was amazing during negotiations and was always working in our best interest, but was sure to let us know if we or the seller were making unreasonable requests. She always had all of our forms ready for signature and/or review almost instantly and is available for contacting whenever we needed her. I can not recommend her highly enough for any home buying but especially first timers!

Also, being active duty we used a VA Loan and Mechelle was extremely knowledgeable on all of the intricacies regarding that process which made the home-buying experience easier and enjoyable for my wife and I!
