I found Meena Gujral online and was drawn to her despite all the other agents because she took the time to answer people's questions about the cities I was interested in. For me, she stood out and showed she was really knowledgeable about Castro Valley, Hayward and surrounding areas. Meena knew everything about school districts, home values, crime etc. You really need someone like her who really knows the area. I called her to get a sense of her personality and we clicked right away. I had a good feeling about her and went with my instinct to hire her. One month later, we put in a bid and our offer was accepted the FIRST time! We ran into trouble with securing a loan but this huge obstacle did not discourage her one bit. Her husband, Jasbir, did our loan quickly and it was approved. They work flawlessly together and stay on top of everything. Both Jasbir and Meena stayed on top of all the deadlines, successfully negotiated numerous extensions during escrow and NOTHING fell through the cracks with them! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Meena and Jasbir for all your real estate needs. As I look outside my bedroom window with beautiful views of the bay, I will always remember that Meena and Jasbir Gujral made this dream possible.

I hired Meena to sell a single family home in Fremont in 2014, which was a very good move for me. She has a mastery of the market in her area, was always available whenever I needed to consult her, and was an excellent partner in pricing and negotiating strategy. I also appreciated her honesty, never offering guarantees and clearly evaluating the risk of each offer and counter-offer. During tense moments in final negotiation she knew when to draw a firm line with the buyers ongoing request and close the deal. Lastly, Meena is a good listener and is a pleasure to work with. She is a rare case of somebody I would be as happy to have as a neighbor as I would a business colleague. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. (We sold well above asking)

I had the pleasure of working with Meena in 2009 and 2010. The first was to sell my childhood home after my father's passing. She was God sent during this difficult time. Meena listened to my expectations on the sale of the home. She not only met them, she exceeded them. The sales process went smoothly. Any questions I ever had were answered quickly and explained thoroughly. I was kept appraised of the process from beginning to end. I was so pleased with Meena and her professionalism that I acquired her services again in 2010 when I bought my home. My home was a short sale and I was warned of the lengthy process and the challenges of a short sale. Meena took on the challenge. I am currently living in that home....thanks to her. She made it seem like a smooth process but this was because she stood on top of the process the whole way. She's a hard worker and a force to be reckoned with if needed. She also processes a great combination of compassion and loyalty. I have Rx her and will continue too as often as I can. Don't working with Meena is a mistake!!

Meena is a true professional, Friendly, Kind & Honest. I sold a house in Fremont CA, I met Meena and asked her to help me sell it; She asked when? I answered tomorrow. She moved quickly & precisely we sold the house in 3 days. When I decided to buy a piece of property in San Andreas CA. The sellers asked if I knew how to transfer the property.
