Meg Clark

Meg was so happy to have chosen Richmond, Virginia to call home in 2000. Two years after she made Richmond her home, she decided to get her real estate license and she's never looked back. She chose a career in real estate to utilize her experience in sales and marketing, and her degree in business administration from Salem College. However, the driving force for her choice was her enjoyment of working with people. Selling and buying a home is a very personal experience. She loves connecting with people at this personal level and this, combined with her training and education, has allowed her to find success in this field. She genuinely enjoys her work and has experienced the market at every point, from the boom in the early 2000's to the bust in 2007-2008, to today's market of recovery. Each of these markets have afforded her knowledge and experience that assists her with each and every client. She has learned over the years that no two transactions are the same, each client brings something quite different to the table and that her job is to work to understand her clients' needs so that she can individualize her efforts to offer a great home buying or home selling experience. Her job as a realtor requires a lot of different hats; salesperson, marketer, negotiator, stager and counselor, just to name a few. Her goal is to help her buyers and seller navigate the road to their home sale or purchase with as few bumps in the road as possible. In her free time, primarily, she is a mom of four children, and a grandmother to two. Most of her free time is spent with her husband, children and grandchildren. They have one daughter at home and she keeps them busy on the soccer and field hockey fields where they love to watch her play. For personal time she enjoys gardening, reading, spending time with her girlfriends and getting involved in volunteer work.
