Preparing the house for sale (including touch-ups and staging): They connected us with skilled and affordable professionals for touch-ups and minor repairs before listing the property. Their staging decisions were outstanding and included ideas we never would have thought of on our own.

I cannot speak enough praise regarding the help these individuals and their company provided to my brother and me in the sale of our late mother's home. Everyone involved provided a seamless experience selling my grandparent's home of almost 30 years in the Potomac area. I am so impressed!

At the initial interview, we met Meg and Alison (a flawless team, along with their stager Barb and coordinator Kit), who explained their services as a full service brokerage, including staging, contractors for work done (cleaners, paint, minor punch-out), beautiful photography, and true local experts.

My grandparents were nervous and overwhelmed with the thought of moving, and we were VERY relieved to have Meg & team to guide them every step of the way. Their industry knowledge, advice, empathy, and professionalism did not disappoint.

I was particularly impressed with the time they took to prep my grandparent's home, and the stager Barbara's ability to mix items they owned with staging items to present the home in the best light, and their attention to detail in getting everything just right. She dedicated a lot of time to creating a perfect finished product.

Meg helped encourage my grandparents to stay with family while their home was on the market so they could take full advantage of all showings (there were a lot!), and we wound up with a dream offer that closed with ease and allowed my grandparents to feel confident moving to their next home.

The photography was beautiful, Alison was available when Meg wasn't, and everything went exactly as we could have hoped. Not to say that selling a home will be a breeze and go perfectly - that is not realistic - but this team is the absolute best, for what can be a very stressful and emotional transaction.

Our home search & buying experience with Alison couldn’t have been better, especially considering the housing market circumstances of the DMV area throughout 2021-2022: Supply was low, interest rates and prices were up, and homes were receiving multiple offers well over asking price. As first time homebuyers, this environment made us anxious that maybe we wouldn’t be able to find a home that checked most of our boxes and was in our desired location. Meg and Alison together with Kit of WFP make the ideal real-estate team! They sold two homes for me over the past 7 years, which speaks for itself.

Each of them take on different aspects of the sale be it marketing / advertising the home; checking the legal documents needed for the sale; walking the seller through all the steps of locating documents that may be needed by the closing/settlement company. They make themselves available to show the listings even at inconvenient times. After a ratified contract was received on my home together with several backup contracts they walked me through the pros and cons for each of them. Last but not least, I felt comfortable signing all the documents necessary for the closing a week earlier and had left for overseas travel on the day of the closing. What would you call a dream come true trying to sell your home in the challenging world of Covid-19. We didn't have to, but really wanted to sell, and begin to downsize our 6200 + sq. ft. home. Meg and Alison arranged to stage the house perfectly. Their pricing advice was right on.
