10/10 recommended. My husband and I met Megan after our condo had been on the market with another realtor for almost 3 months. We were incredibly frustrated with our realtor because of lack of effort, lack of communication and general disregard for us as her clients. We were desperate to make a change and desperate for our place to sell. Upon meeting Megan, we quickly realized she is incredibly kind, caring and passionate. We were also impressed with how dedicated she was to helping us sell our place and how she had developed a great plan prior to meeting us. We parted ways with our first realtor after meeting Megan and never looked back. Our condo was back on the market for only 4 days with Megan when we received and accepted an offer. Megan and her team made the closing process so easy and we closed within 6 weeks of getting the initial offer. I am so thankful we met Megan when we did. My only regret is not meeting her sooner so we could have avoided the first realtor all together.

Meg helped me with a sale of an investment property in Delaware County. She was very attentive, responsive, and coordinated all of the different tasks related to the sale and communicated with various stakeholders. The closing process was smooth and quick and received a final offer over original asking price. I would work with Meg again in the future.

Meg Reiss is the total package, period, exclamation point! I've dealt with many, many realtors over the course of 50 years from coast to coast, and without hesitation; I can say that I highly doubt one may ever come across a more capable and harder working agent with an even remotely close array of skill-sets that Meg possesses.

From her comprehensive and impressive knowledge and understanding of real estate market intricacies, property valuation insights; Meg's consistently intuitive and always thoughtfully responsive insights seem effortlessly tactful in how she conveys her honest recommendations and feedback with a refreshingly concise and unvarnished sincerity of communication between herself and clients, other agencies, contractors, inspectors, title companies; and even goes the extra mile to extend her natural pleasant and accessible persona and acumen to family members involved in various aspects of the decision-making process. Megan was very persistent with following up with potential buyer clients. She was very communicative throughout the process of selling my newly built home. She was also very helpful in providing feedback on features and finishes of the renovation. Overall very responsive and sweet!
