We first contacted Megan three years before moving to Philly. She didn’t see us as a waste of time and took us around to view properties, taught us the ins and outs of different neighborhoods. She spent a lot of time listening to what we were looking for and found us the ideal block in this city of over 1.5 million. She is knowledgeable about the nuts and bolts of housing, and tough in contract negotiations. She scored us the perfect deal. Megan was referred by a friend. It crossed my mind over the years that using a “friend of a friend” may not yield the best representation, but I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I would use Megan again, would recommend her to a friend.

Meg was a pleasure to work with and extremely thorough all phases of the selling experience. She has great attention to detail and took the time to answer all of my questions and make thoughtful recommendations on how to best market my property.

I had the property listed with two other agents prior to Meg and neither came close to generating the amount of traffic or interest in the property.

She invests a lot of time and effort to make sure you feel like her number one priority and is always available to support you. Would definitely recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell a property.
