Megan Banta

Buying or selling a home often coincides with an exciting and transitional period in one’s life, and Megan takes pride in assisting her clients through this journey. As a third-generation realtor, she is a product of her raising. Megan’s real estate insight and expertise stems from years of exposure and 8 years of first- hand experience. She gives her clients the opportunity to focus on the important tasks and guide them to make a well-informed decision that best suits their needs and lifestyle.

Megan owes her beginning to her mom and business partner, Heather Coleman, who she is fortunate enough to work with and learn from in Portland-Bend client relationships. They work closely together and has greatly shaped the Realtor Megan is today.

Her first priority is to thoroughly and effectively communicate with her clients all aspects of the process to ensure they are fully informed and involved every step of the way. Without the burden of stress, Megan gives her clients the opportunity to focus on the options available to them and make a well-informed decision which best suits their needs and lifestyle.
