We worked with Megan Bonanno in the spring of 2018 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers. Megan brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Megan was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience!

We'd never bought a house before and weren't sure what to expect. Megan made buying our first home an enjoyable and easy experience. She recommended an excellent mortgage broker, Amy Bass, to assist in purchasing our new home. Megan knows her stuff when it comes to homes, inspections, etc. We felt so comfortable with Megan. The house we purchased had 12 offers within hours of being listed and Megan got us the house we wanted and beat all other offers. Our offer was not the highest in price but she made sure it was the strongest. Our home appraised higher than our accepted offer which is quite unusual in this market and we closed in 16 days. She is quick to respond and will do anything to help, we highly recommend Megan!

Megan helped my wife and I purchased our first home. She's very personable and knowledgeable about real estate. She helped us look beyond the beauty of the exterior and interior to notice things that would be of importance as a first time home owners. With me being an out of state home buyer, she made the process and experience a lot less daunting.

Megan also maintained communication well beyond the purchase. She's the realtor I would recommend to friends and family, and I certainly plan to call on her for my next purchase.
