Megan is incredible. I do a lot of real estate transactions and she has been by far my favorite agent. I decided to buy raw land and build a house. As It turned out, it ended up being a very complicated transaction as there city and county restrictions where I bought. On top of it all, we had issues with the bank, neighbors and the seller's real estate agent. Megan stood by me throught it all and went way above the call of duty to help me resolve issues that were not part of the deal and to protect my interests. Even after we closed, she helped me. If I could give her a 100 stars, I would as she has earned every penny that she was paid. She made all of the issues bearable and I love my new place.
