Megan is an extremely patient realtor. My partner and I worked with Megan to buy property in the Santa Cruz area. We had many specifics of what we were looking for. Megan was very helpful in finding listings that met our parameters, making time to tour properties, and baring with us through several escrows that fell through after deal breakers were discovered in the due diligence period. When we finally found the property that was the right fit for us, Megan was there at every step to negotiate a fair price with the sellers and ask for deductions when it felt appropriate. I really felt like she had our back and we owe her huge thanks as we enjoy our new land to grow our family and cultivate our dreams!

I was interested in a single family home but was surprised to find her knowledge of commercial real estate and property laws to also be a help. With so few Santa Cruz area homes on the market, it matters that you work with the "right" agent that has strong relationships with other agents, lenders, industry pros, and isn't afraid to go after homes that might not be listed for sale. Megan was hungry and a go-getter that really went to work for us. If you are looking to buy, sell, or think you might be, she was so easy to talk to and helpful - I highly recommend!
