About Megan

There is nothing simple about buying or selling a home. Many variables go into finding your next place to live, just as there are many facets to selling your house. Megan McMorrow's goal is to work with you to find your best situation in an informative, helpful, trustworthy, and efficient manner. She strives for not just a smooth transaction, but a successful transaction.

She has been selling real estate in Northern Virginia since 2004. She is a native of Arlington, where she currently reside. She attended Arlington Public Schools, and at the University of Denver, she earned a BSBA in Real Estate / Finance and an MBA.

Each buyer and seller brings a specific situation to each transaction. She loves working with first time and many-time home buyers and sellers.

She holds the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, which is a specialty that helps me guide clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. She also enjoys working with members of the Military and with Veterans. My Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation enables her to help with their unique housing needs and to take advantage of resources and benefits that are available to them. In addition, she also holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) certification which offers seniors strategies as their real estate needs evolve.

Megan is a great realtor. Even in a seller's market, she goes above and beyond to make sure your property's exposure to potential buyers is professionally done, has a great attention to detail and most importantly receives the widest visibility to potential buyers. Megan grew up in Arlington so she knows the N. VA area very well and its history. She stays current on developing neighborhoods, county projects, school boundary changes- all of which can affect the sell or purchase of a home. Megan is well respected among her peers which can prove as a real asset to a buyer or a seller. Even in a crazy housing market like N. VA, Megan makes you feel like you are her only client and her top priority. That is a quality that really sets her apart from the others. She wisely uses the resources available to her though her company and her long time contacts/friends in the area.
