Megan Smithwick has been our realtor for the past 6 years, since we first moved to Nashville. She has helped us purchase 3 homes over the years and has made each experience easy and stress free for us. Megan is extremely professional, skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to the real estate market and the process of buying/selling a home. In our case, she recommended a new neighborhood in Nashville for our investment property; we purchased a home there that appreciated so quickly that we decided to purchase a second investment property in the same neighborhood. In addition to being a superior realtor, Megan is a lovely human being who is a joy to work with. We are so fortunate to have found her, and will hire her again without hesitation when it's time to buy/sell our next home!

I have worked with Megan on 5 different transactions over the years. She helped me find the perfect place for me and my boys...Twice! She is very patient, listens to your needs, and becomes an immediate advocate for finding you the best place in your budget to meet all your needs. She is from Nashville so she knows ALL the neighborhoods, comps, schools, etc.. On a business level, she helped me find 3 rental properties as well that are performing above our expectations. She is professional, quick to respond, and extremely attentive. I could not recommend her more!
