You should choose Megan as your realtor for 100 different reasons! She really is the perfect choice all around! She was super helpful, efficient, patient, knowledgeable, flexible and just an absolute JOY to work with!! When it came time to put an offer in on our new house, she was right on top of the paperwork and making sure we didn’t lose out on the house because the offer didn’t get put in quick enough. Megan is the best realtor we've ever used! We moved to TN from out of state. Megan was in our corner the whole way. Her flexible schedule, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made her the perfect fit! We interviewed 3 realtors, and she was the clear winner. She did showings over facetime and in person with us when we could come to town. She also helped us form competitive offers and expand our ideal geographical location. Because of all these things, we found our dream home! We were unfamiliar with Tennessee, and she had recommendations for everything. She stayed on top of every repair that we requested from the sellers and kept us informed of the progress. In coordination with our lender, we even closed early. You will not regret hiring Megan, as she truly cares about people and fights to get them the best outcome!

We have struggled for 20 years to buy our first home. It was a dream we had all but given up on. We met Megan and she connected us with a lender that did the impossible and got us approved! We needed a very specific location with very specific needs and Megan met them all! She went above and beyond for us and found us our first home! When we were ready to give up on the house hunt she calmed our fears and helped us stick it out! Somewhere along the process, our Realtor became part of our family! She has one of those personalities that she will move heaven and earth to get you what you want/need. I will never use anyone else!

We met Megan at our local market. We started working with her to find our first Tennessee home and she did a awesome job at it. She is very good with communicating between us and any potential sellers. She met us at the houses we wanted to see which was a big circle within a hour from our rental. Once we found our home here, she helped put us in contact with inspectors to go look at it. She helped us get closed two weeks early (our lender was very fast). Hands down the best realtor we worked with here in Tennessee. She will go above and beyond for you!

Megan is a true go getter! She was helpful, patient, kind, aggressive, and very knowledgeable to my needs. I sold my home within a different state and although Megan was not my relator there...she helped me out with the questions I had and offered great recommendations. She was very thorough and stayed in constant communication with me. She was also the dog I needed when it came to any concerns I had with my builder. I love and appreciate the business relationship we had and she will be the first person I call when it is time to sell again. That you Megan. You are excellent at what you do.

Megan took fantastic care of us! She worked within our budget to guide us through the process of finding a home that we love. The market was and maybe still is a beast, but we always felt good knowing we had a solid person in our corner. That matters so much in this journey because its a rollercoaster of emotions in purchasing a home, but we never doubted that we were in good hands and that Megan would do all that she could to get us into a home we would love.
