Once you contact Winslow Homes they reach out to several local realtors and ask them to get in touch with you, and then you choose the realtor you want. Our agent, was in touch with us almost immediately. He came over to see our house, made suggestions for a few things we should do to prepare our house, pulled comps, discussed our sale price with us and his colleagues. I felt great to hire them.
