I don't know where do I have to start……Any way. I have no plan to buy a house before I meet him for my sister and brother-in-law to find a good realtor then we ended up with this brilliant, patient and knowledgeable guy which is Mekedem. Then without nowhere, I'm the owner of the house now because of him and my wife.
Mekdim is very friendly, knows his job very well, is very patient, and At At the same time very effective. After all, we have become a family now. I recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell.

Mekdim Tesfaye was very professional, experienced and always available to answer our questions and to show us the house any time we asked for. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range! Every time we viewed a new property Mekdim would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, and this has helped us a great deal as first home buyers. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Mekdim was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

If you are looking to buy or sell a house in the DMV area, I would highly recommend Mekdim. He is knowledgeable, honest and patient. He answered his phone outside of regular business hours and made sure I understood everything through the process. He guided me through every step of the process. He made the scary process of buying a house completely painless and enjoyable. I would recommend working with him and will be using him again when the time comes .

Mekdim is very knowledgeable and competent in What he does. We met him during home buying process. My husband and I were looking for an agent who is knowledgeable about home inspection .....or an agent with civil engineering background to help us avoid buying the wrong house with maintenance issues or structural problems. He brings his inspector eyes to the home buying process....amazing combinations you can rarely find. Unlike other real estate agents, he doesn’t rush you into buying to get his payment.
