There are truly no words to describe how amazing Mel is. Mel helped me and my wife buy our first house in 2014. At that point, we were giving up on the search for our first home but decided to give him a try. Throughout the entire process, Mel was patient, knowledgeable, kind, professional, and communicative. My wife and I are very specific about what we like and Mel never made us feel rushed (he showed us a ton of homes), his goal was for us to be happy and satisfied with our new home, which we completely were. Mel left an impression. We searched for a new home a few months back and we did not have to think twice about having Mel represent us. Mel went above and beyond for all of our needs. There were many moments before the closing on our current home, where we felt things were stuck after we made an offer, there were no movement or updates on our questions, and the process seemed to take forever. Throughout this time Mel was the most reachable and was able to get updates to us before anyone else would. More importantly, he has been doing this work for a long time and knows how to give his clients sound advice. Finally, Mel works with a great team that helps close the deal!

Mel was amazing with the sale of my home. Immediately after it was listed, just a few days later we had a sales contract and 30 days later it was closed. I didn't stress at all about the sale as he kept me up to date throughout the process. Thanks Mel! You made this process great and stress free.

Mel was referred to me to help me sell my home before the Holidays 2020. He knew the neighborhood and schools very well and actually lived close by. Setting up the listing, pictures and pricing was immediate. He scheduled everything back to back with no delays. He went on to market the property and had 12 showings in 3 weeks...sold for asking price in less than 30 days. I could not have been more happier with him personally and professionally. Also, he was bi-lingual which played a major roll! I would re-hire Mel in a heartbeat on the next one I do. Great guy, great job!
