For the past twenty years, Mel Howard has been a leading commercial real estate broker/associate based in Melbourne, Florida. Utilizing his background in product sales, Mel has overseen the successful sale of over $500 million of real estate. Since his first sale of a $1,200,000 industrial building in 2001, Mel has dedicated his career to exceling in all aspects of the commercial real estate field. He has specialized in the sales and leasing of virtually every asset class, be it land, industrial, office, retail centers, multi-family property, commercial bank-owned foreclosures, and mobile home parks.

Mel owned and operated his own commercial real estate company for ten years, Howard Real Estate, Inc. He has since transitioned to ONE Commercial Real Estate, when the brokerage expanded from South Florida into Brevard County in 2021.
