This review is LONG over due. I closed in May and Melanie was technically not even my realtor at first. She was assisting another agent taking me to showings since he had other clients. Right off the bat I didn’t like that BUT it led me to Melanie.. After a certain amount of showings I stopped calling my “realtor” whom I had never met and started calling Melanie directly. She was always transparent and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was professional yet approachable. I’ve met realtors who treat it like a business deal and not someone who is trying to get you your first home which is something I really needed. She was not obligated to take me to showings or place offers for me but she did. Her closing present was also very thoughtful and sweet. I would highly recommend her!

If you are looking for an extremely helpful, encouraging, responsive, and knowledgeable real estate agent, then Melanie Bennett is that person. This was my first time buying a home, and there were lots of questions. If Melanie did not know the answers, she researched and answered me within 24 hours. Buying a house can be stressful. However, Melanie has a way of calming you down and sharing her positive optimism. I highly recommend Melanie Bennett!!!
