My husband and I really appreciate working with Josh and Melanie. They are both very knowledgeable not only about the real estate market, but also about potential problems with the house itself. They will share their opinion when asked, (we always ask) but are not pushy. They are on the ball with every aspect of purchasing a home which is essential especially in today's fast paced housing market. Success! I am moving into my new home this month.
It only took 5 bids to find the right one.
I lost track of how many houses we visited, but my guess would be at least 20.

Most of us non-agent types only execute real estate transactions a few times in our lives. I am no different. My experiences have ranged from perfect to rather disappointing, which put me somewhat on guard in this latest search – especially in this seller’s market.

As I told them directly, Josh and Melanie have totally restored my faith in their profession. They listened to my wish list and readily eliminated houses that did not meet my highest priorities. We traveled all over the Akron area, seeking the best home for me. They were easy to work with, anxious to find the right place for me, never pushing me into something that did not feel right and helping me see the limitations of various properties from a sound perspective. I truly enjoyed working with this couple and can unequivocally recommend them. Realize too that you are getting two experts working with you, not just one.

They went above and beyond with this sale to help me with snow removal, referred me to a great HVAC guy, and were available late evening & early morning hours for advice and support. Melanie and Josh worked tirelessly for my wife and me to find the PERFECT home for us. Rising above ALL of the challenges of COVID-19 and a brutal seller's market they EXCEEDED our expectations at every turn of the winding path to home ownership. We had not owned a home in 17 years so you can imagine that we were both anxious and apprehensive. They were never pushy and were top-notch professionals throughout. There had been MANY changes in the real estate market over the course of the past 17 years but Melanie and Josh were able to easily address all uncertainties on our part. They even offered to bring groceries to our residence (at that time) so we would not have to venture out into the viral environment. That is above and beyond! In summary we cannot begin to offer enough praise for the Corrin team. One note of warning....be prepared to experience a 10 star purchase!

From our first phone call inquiring about this newly listed property to the very end of the purchase process, Melanie, Josh, Karen and Romy made the whole process very smooth and seamless. Even during a very difficult and sad situation that arose with regards Melanie's family during those days prior to closing, she and Josh were always in contact and made sure that their team, Karen and Romy attended to us whatever was needed. It was so smooth and efficient, we even got to close a few days early and started moving in. We highly recommend their services if you are looking to purchase a property as they are the most professional, prompt and personable realestate agents as you can have. We have in past years purchased a number of properties in PA, Hawaii and here in Ohio and certainly we rank Melanie and Josh right up there at the top of the list of agents that we have worked with!
