Rick and Melanie were married in 1982 and began working together at Orlando Entertains, a prominent Orlando dinner theater & restaurant chain which included King Henry’s Feast, Mardi Gras and Fort Liberty. Melanie as Sales Manager and Rick as VP of operations.
In 1996 they moved to Melanie’s home town, Key West and have been working together as full time successful Realtor’s® since 1997. Having owned their own real estate company in Key West they are well versed in all aspects of real estate transactions. They sold their company to Century 21 Prestige Real Estate in 2005.
Now as prominent Realtor’s® in the Greater Orlando Community, Rick & Melanie are dedicated to helping their clients with their all their real estate needs. This kind of experience and dedication sets the standards for excellence in the industry. They know that real estate is a very personal business and is normally the most expensive purchase that an individual or family can make.
