Drawing from more than 30 years of experience in real estate, as well as a marketing degree from Syracuse, Melanie’s sharp negotiating skills have been recognized with some of the industry’s top honors. Prior to her career in real estate, she also earned a degree from the Culinary Institute of America. Her roots in the service industry, which include serving as a personal chef to Malcolm Forbes, managing a highly successful restaurant, as well as owning and operating a private catering business, have made her uniquely detail-oriented and attuned to clients’ needs. A property owner herself, she remains a vital part of the local community, having served as the Dobbs Ferry Chamber of Commerce president, as well as a member of several committees.
