Melanie Hargett

Melanie was born and raised in Union County. She is a 1997 graduate of Sun Valley High School and the Children’s Ministry Director at, At The Cross Fellowship Baptist Church. Her husband Matthew and her have a 9-year-old son Jeremy who loves playing baseball. After working with Walmart for 24 years She left the company to pursue a new career with Emerald Pointe Realty and Construction. Melanie currently works with them on the construction side of the business as the Project Coordinator. She loves helping the clients with their new home selections and helping them turn their dreams into reality. I also take care of all the scheduling of the subs for the jobsites and work closely with the foremen to ensure you have the best custom home building experience possible.

She has been with the company now since January 2020 and recently obtained her Real Estate Broker License and would love to help you with all your real estate needs.
