Melanie Kimmelman couldn't have been more gracious, accommodating, efficient and professional. She helped with everything from liquidating property to closing papers and everything in between for my Mom. The real estate world can be very confusing and she guided Mom through the process of selling her home and moving 2,700 miles and did so in an exemplary manner.
I would recommend Melanie to anyone looking to do any real estate business.

OH MELANIE KIMMELMAN, she was a fabulous real estate agent who made it a point to ensure me and my partner were informed, educated, and in love with our home. To summarize our experience, Melanie was a pleasure with her bright energy and knowledge. We bought our fist home with her and would 100% go back to her to to BUY OR SELL a home. She remained in communication promptly, updated us when we we needed to get documents done.....answered all of our questions.......and let me tell you that they come up consistently. I genuinely loved working with her. THANK YOU!!!!

Melanie was amazing to work with. From the beginning she was very responsive and investigated each property for me. She really listened to all of our needs and wants. being first time home buyers we were concerned about the process and she assured us and explained everything to us. She was great with negotiating with the buyers on things and overall she made it a wonderful experience. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy any type of property!
