I chose Melanie because of her trustworthy demeanor and honesty. My expectations were exceeded to a level that is hard to come by. Melanie is a State of the Art Professional. I met Melanie while she was managing my HOA. I do not trust people right off the bat but I did Melanie and I am so glad I did. If she cannot answer a question I may have she will go to other resources. She has vast knowledge of the industry and strives everyday to make sure she is informed to help her clients.
