From the beginning, Melanie was very straight forward and honest, which was refreshing. She talked me out of homes that she didn't think I would be happy with, and she was right. Melanie was professional, yet humorous. Her communication was beyond what I expected from a realtor. Melanie was also very proactive. She learned what I was looking for and contacted me on her own time to suggest homes and showings. Ultimately I landed on the property that I knew was for me. It was a hassle and closing took about two months longer than expected (not to any fault of her own), but Melanie stuck it out with me and we got the sale done. Honestly, if it weren't for her, I may not have gotten my dream property!

Melanie provides that extra level of care that you just don’t find much these days. She helped us so much from beginning to end. From finding the perfect house to any questions we had about the process. I feel Melanie was very engaged, personable and knowledgeable. When it came time to sell our home Melanie came to our rescue and we could not have had a better experience. I felt everything was personalized and although questioned some of the advice she have us, her knowledge and negotiating sold our home for what we were hoping for.
