Melanie Safreed lives in St Johns County and absolutely loves living there! She enjoys helping customers find the best real estate, at the best price, as quickly as possible. Melanie was raised as an "Air Force Brat" and saw a fair share of moves! Some of her favorite places to live have spanned from the Midwest (Ohio and Illinois) to the Northeast (Massachusetts and New Hampshire) to a fun 5 years in Oslo, Norway. Melanie settled in Northeast Florida when she moved there in 1990 to attend Jacksonville University. She is married with three kids and thoroughly enjoys everything the outdoors has to offer! She looks forward to helping new clients with their real estate goals, whether it is home ownership or investment property. Melanie is confident clients are going to love it there!
