Melanie Schrader

A Colorado native, Melanie Schrader traveled to Brevard in 2001 with the Air Force.

By 2007 Melanie launched a career in real estate, a path that capitalized on her sales and leadership experience while rewarding her desire to assist others and her passion for the housing industry. As a person who works best in a positive and collaborative "team" environment, Melanie was proud to join the local Real Estate Direct family and take her career to the next level.

As an agent committed to professional development and providing the best quality service to her clients, Schrader has earned her Professional Residential Manager (PRM), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.

She is most proud of her accomplishments as a property manager and volunteer committee member.
