Melanie Swint has been our realtor before for both buying and selling properties in Folsom California. However I must say that this time she did even more than we expected and from our past experience we expected a lot. She is not only totally organized, ethical, and friendly and efficient but she is also an amazing planner and problem solver. In fact most problems that usually surface during a Real estate transaction never occurred because Melanie is so proactive and forward thinking. She has enormous amounts of loyal and effective resources in the community. So everything we needed to prepare our house for the market got done even during these difficult “pandemic” times. She was proactive about getting our inspections done and then she referred us to wonderful community resources that took care of every problem that was identified. Our pictures and our marketing materials were stellar and were well distributed throughout the community. Our open house was well advertised and we had a tremendous response. Obviously we are a big Melanie fans and when our house sold everything went through our escrow without a hitch. We are extremely grateful to her and we would recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor at any time for buying or for selling.

We are so incredibly fortunate to have found Melanie Swint. She came into the selling of our home when we had no idea what to do due to unseen circumstances. She “took the ball and ran” and sold our home in 7 days.
Once Melanie got involved I felt a huge sense of relief because she came right over, talked with us and gave us the next steps we needed to take.
Melanie is professional, kind & knows her market and above else, she walked us through this process in a patient manner.
She is always available to us via text, phone or email. The other thing is she has a network of people she can call on when we needed home repairs. The workers are friendly, on time and do great work.
She is exactly what I imagine when I think of a great realtor: she puts all the work into it & does it until your home is sold.
