We just finished our home purchase with Melanie & Cara after many months of looking for a home. They are a dream team that always has your back and your needs in mind. We must have looked at over 40 homes and not once was it an issue that we still needed to find “the one”. There are not enough superlatives that we can give to Cara Crimmins and her team.

We arrived in Maui with a dream of condo ownership and not much else in the way of details as to how or where to make it happen. Cara really listened and with patience, creativity, and good humor, honed in on our needs, and matched us with a condo complex. We then waited until an opportunity arose that matched our timing, and she assisted every step of the way, through the bidding and closing process (we were off-island), and beyond, going above and beyond our expectations every time.

Melanie and Cara did what no other realtor could do. They orchestrated a miracle with putting together necessary preparations and fixed significant deficiencies of our rental and turned our home into a pristine gem ready to sell in just 6 days. Amazingly in just 23 days it was sold. This team partnered with us and we never had to set foot on island. They literally took care of every detail from painting interior to getting the countertops reconditioned. Also, the integrity and experience these two Professionals possess are next to none. When we encountered critical decisions their advice was spot on every single time!!! We trust them and they delivered what they said they would do. Even after the sale they assisted us with closing tasks with peripheral vendors such as lawn care, trash pick up, termite program, utilities, and even helped clear out our storage cabinet! If you want a dynamic duo just look for the two wearing capes. They definitely put their money where their service is!!! We are so blessed to have Melanie and Cara represent us! We definitely recommend their service, you will not be disappointed!!!

My fiancé and I always wanted to own a condo in Maui, Hawaii. Rent was always more than what we could afford until we met Melanie and Cara who helped us buy our dream condo 6 years ago. I have to say that Melanie and Cara are by far the BEST realtors we've ever worked with, their professionalism, personality, attention to detail, responsiveness and their ability to close the deal was Outstanding!!!

Melanie Vitale is a terrific real estate agent who provided quality guidance through the whole home purchase process. She guided us away from areas where she saw concerns and proposed other locations that were in our purchasing budget. When we selected a house and made an offer, she was persistent to ensure that our offer was in first and accepted by the seller. She then provided a detailed schedule of all the activities, with expected dates, to closing. She plans ahead , works hard, and is a good communicator.
