She found us a home after 5 years of looking. We met her at an open house two years prior, and we kept her card in a book until the time was right. At that open house Ms. Melanie gave us honest, sound advice, which helped us to get clear about our finances and needs. Two years later, we called her because we thought we found a dream home in White Plains, NY, that needed work. She met with us at the property the next day, and gave us a reality check. Ms. Melanie prioritized honesty over a sale, was a great communicator and even after the sale checks on us. She was worth the wait, and so was our home.

Melanie is amazing. We came to her as anxious first-time homebuyers and exhausted new parents, and she patiently and expertly walked us through every part of the buying process. It took us some time to figure out exactly where we wanted to be, but she was eager to explore each new neighborhood with us and help narrow the listings down to our dream home. Her advice and knowledge were invaluable, and our closing was essentially seamless. We all miss our Saturday house hunting adventures with Melanie (our daughter does, especially!) but we are confident that she’ll remain a longtime friend. Melanie was my real estate agent for a condominium search in Westchester county in 2019. Right from the start she showed a willingness to assist and to listen to my needs. She was always reachable and prompt in answering any emails or calls and with all paperwork, which is something I really valued. She showed me several homes I wanted to see plus ones that I had not notice but which fit the bill for me and my wife; she was knowledgeable about my search area and shared great insights. Ultimately I ended up going with a home that she had found and it was exactly what I was looking for. She was able to recommend me third parties that I needed, and overall I am very grateful for Melanie’s service. I think she is a courteous and competent real estate agent and I highly recommend her.

When my dad died several years back Melanie was instrumental in steering through some unexpected complications (an in-ground oil tank situation, a broken water pipe) and helped us get the best price for the property.
