Melinda Cronk

Melinda Cronk, along with Ann Ewell, are one of the most well-known and successful real estate teams in Northwest Bergen County. Together they have closed more than 200 transactions and $200 million in volume. They offer a compelling array of skills to their real estate clients, including deep knowledge of the local communities, a solid financial services background, and sophisticated negotiation skills. Melinda became licensed in 2007 and joined Ann at Tarvin Realtors, going on to become one of the company’s top agents. She is licensed as a broker salesperson, meaning she has met the professional requirements, completed the course work, and passed the multiple examinations required to achieve the highest industry designation. Melinda holds a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute and has been honored for the fourth consecutive year by New Jersey Monthly magazine as one of its Five Star Real Estate Agents.
