MeLinda Davis-Phillips

Melinda Davis-Phillips is a native of Richland. Melinda attended Western Washington University and Washington State University where she completed her BA in History. Melinda is a proud mother of two. She loves this community and its rich history. As a Hanford worker she has watched the area grow and prosper. Now she gets to be part of making that happen as a realtor.

Melinda’s goal is to make buying and selling real estate a positive experience and for her clients to have as much fun with it as she does. She takes her job very seriously and constantly learning, questioning, and growing to better help her clients make the best decisions for themselves. Melinda loves walking into a house with a buyer knowing they have found their new home or telling a seller their house has just sold and they can start the next chapter of their life.
