We had a very involved process when buying our new home & Melinda was there every step of the way to answer our questions or do research on our behalf. I love this woman from the bottom of my heart and I am sure we've each gained a life long friend! 6+ months searching for a dream home with many trying obstacles, from traveling with my 6month- 1yr old, bias banks, bad lenders, and crazy for sale by owners, ect... Through it all Melinda has stood by me like a warrior! Anytime I wanted to ride from Richmond VA to the Hampton/Chesapeake area, she literally took a whole day to show me each house! She is very knowledgeable in her field and recommended an AWESOME lender by the name of Brian Lacey WHO is equally knowledgeable in his field! Coming from C&F and going to PRMG was the best decision I could have ever made in this process! My friend said "Melinda spoiled me!" 🤣 Even when I felt like she was going to give up on me she didn't! This is not just a job to her, it's her passion and it shows! You will NEVER find such a dedicated realtor!! EVER!!! She's beautiful inside in out and honest! These are rare traits in her field! On my Bday 3/22, I found out the house was mine and on 03/31 I closed on my very 1st home! Melinda you deserve everything beautiful in life just because you're you!

Melinda went above and beyond for us. We bought sight unseen all the way from the west coast. Every morning when we’d wake up she’d have her homework done and ready to show us our options. We trusted her judgement and she did not let us down. We viewed homes virtually which during the pandemic, it was a lot safer and easier to do. Most of the closing paperwork was done electronically which reduced our contact with others. I would definitely recommend her. She had our best interest at all times and negotiated for us as needed. Very good experience. I am glad we chose her!

Melinda was the best!!! If I buy again, I will definitely use Melinda again. She handled everything and always assured me that everything was just fine and I would be in my house. Here we are, in our beautiful home as she said. She called me, she kept in touch with me during the waiting periods that seemed like 2 years, but longest she went was a day of not contacting me (she had no reason to contact me - it was what it was 🤷🏻‍♀️). Melinda was always professional and super sweet. Also, Melinda told me when a house wasn’t right and led us in the right direction to the exact house fit just for us. Again, when and if I buy again, I will call Melinda and of course refer her to anyone in the market to find their perfect home just like we did.
