We have known Melinda for about a year now. When we met her she had so much enthusiasm to help us sell our house and find a house that she has now become a permanent part of our family. Melinda went above and beyond our expectations in selling our house. The house was put on the market and sold in 5 DAYS!! Wow. We were pressed for time to move and Melinda took us daily to look at houses until we found the right one for us. Melinda walked us through each house with her expertise and experience and helped us make many decisions on what we liked and needed for our family. Her pleasant disposition and caring for our family was above and beyond what we thought was possible for a real estate agent. I give out her name and her cards to people daily! I would recommend her to anyone for buying, selling and information with any thing else that you made need. She is a one of a kind person that is caring, precise and can get the job done for you quickly. We will use her services again!
