Since 1991 her company has purchased more than thirty properties in distress, refurbished and restored them to market ready condition and has resold them for profit. Melinda remains current with economic and market trends. She is also a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Marysville and owns a brisk business helping buyers, sellers and investors meet their real estate goals. Each day Melinda makes it a practice to spend two hours studying the market and identifying shifts and trends that may affect her clients and also prospect for buyers for her sellers.
