Melisa is so excited to be a part of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. She has been in Lindale/Hideaway for the past 36 years and has been a huge part of the community! She has a huge family with eight children and twenty grandchildren which is basically who she is! They all live in this area and so therefore the outreach is tremendous!

Part of being a successful realtor in her mind is as simple as being a good mother! She has great experience in that department and real estate is simply nurturing the clients and through the process of buying or selling a home!

One of the things Melisa prides herself on is that she tries to always answer her calls. That is truly the most important things an agent can do for their clients. If she is with a client or in a closing, she will let others know by text or a quick answer that she will have to call back, so there is no breakdown in communication! Melisa is very familiar with our area and keeps up with the market on a daily basis. Melisa’s husband has been a banker for 35 years, so she also has years of knowledge in the banking industry through him. Her and her husband work together brainstorming for the best way to serve her clients.

This is not a job to her; it is something she looks forward to every day! She also stages the homes she lists at no charge to her clients if it is necessary.
