Melissa has always provided great service and insight! We have used her as our realtor to buy two homes and sell one. She was a great resource when we were first time home buyers, and first time home sellers. She walked us through each step and went above and beyond to help or answer any questions we had. We built our current home and she was consistent in checking on the progress of the home and staying in touch with the builders. Every transaction with Melissa has been top notch and she remains professional and knowledgeable. Melissa is a great realtor!

I can’t say enough for what Melissa did for us. My house failed to sell with a previous realtor. Melissa was referred to me when I was contemplating renting instead of selling, as my previous realtor gave me no hope my home would sell. Melissa stepped in and within the first weekend of being listed she sold our home! She was detail oriented, super knowledgeable answering all my questions, and gained my trust for a lifetime! Oh, and she did all that while I was already living out of state. If you’re looking for a realtor, Melissa is the one!
