Melissa Barnes

Melissa is a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate and a National Association of Realtors member. She is accredited as a Pricing Strategy Advisor and loves that her job is also her hobby. She has worked in Real Estate in central Florida for over a decade and has received the Silver Top Producer award from the Orlando Realtor Association in the $5-10 million category. She enjoys working with Verge’s clients for lot acquisition as well as home sales. She can also be found assisting with some of the behind-the-scenes work at the Verge office. Melissa graduated from Bethel University in St. Paul Minnesota with a degree in Business and Human Resources. She loves spending time with her husband and three children when she is not working.
